Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 08.02.2017 made in I.A.No.43 of 2017 in O.S.No.431 of 2005 filed under Order VIII Rule 8(a) to receive the documents mentioned in the application. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.431 of 2005 was decreed on 05.09.2017 and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. 2/4

2. Recording the submission made by both sides, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
