ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.50,000/- that was deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a closure report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Wallajah.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner who was shown as an accused in the above crime number is entitled to the refund of the amount deposited by him before the Court below.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a memo before the Court below along with a copy of this order and the Court below namely, Judicial Magistrate No.II, Wallajah is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

permit the petitioner to withdraw the sum of Rs.50,000/- deposited by him in Crime No.593 of 2013.
