DHANABAL.J., The petitioner, who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318 of B.N.S. 2023 read with Section 420 of IPC in connection with the Cr. No.Not known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that no case is registered against the petitioner, that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was conducted and they will complete the enquiry as early as possible.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he was already issued notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. to appear before the respondent police.

4. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
