This petition has been filed to recall the Order of this Court dated 20.01.2023 made in W.P.No.23387 of 2016.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that on the date when the Writ Petition in W.P.No.23387 of 2016 has been listed, despite the vakalat filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the name of the petitioner counsel has not been reflected in the cause list and therefore, there was no representation for the petitioner on 20.01.2023. Hence, submitted that the Order passed in W.P.No.23387 of 2016 has to be recalled. The above fact has not been disputed by other side. Therefore, Order to be passed on merits.
