2. Already there was an order passed by this court with regard to the same issue. Hence, the learned counsel for Revision Petitioner wanted to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

3. On considering his submissions that as this Court passed an order on the same issue in the above C.M.P., the order passed by this Court on 11.12.2023 is recalled. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
