ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.1307 of 2024 in para 7(iii) on 08.11.2024, thereby directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a week until further orders. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that while granting bail, this Court by an order dated 08.11.2024 in Crl.A No.1307 of 2024, imposed one of the conditions that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week until further orders. To relax the said condition, the petitioner filed the present petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
