This miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 18.12.2024 made in M.C.O.P.No.966 of 2022 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and interest for the delay period is ordered to be waived.

3.Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal if it is otherwise in order.
