..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to confer the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.90 dated 09.05.2018 by awarding selection grade or special grade in the scale of pay for the post of Primary School Headmasters on notional basis with payment of revised pension and other retirement benefits with effect from 01.03.2017 as per the orders passed in Review Application No.227 of 2015 batch of 2/6
cases dated 09.12.2016 by taking note of the fact that the petitioners reached selection grade / special grade prior to 31.12.1995 without reference to any subsequent promotion to the petitioners with all attendant benefits. ORDER
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Government clarified the position for awarding Selection Grade and Special Grade to the Secondary Grade Teachers and Special Teachers in Government, Government Aided High and Higher Secondary Schools in Government Letter (Ms).No.113/SE3(1)/2022 dated 27.06.2022.
2. In view of the clarification issued by the Government, the case of the writ petitioners are to be considered with reference to their service particulars.

3. In view of the clarificatory letter dated 27.06.2022 issued by the School Education Department, the respondents are bound to verify the individual service particulars of all the writ petitioners and accordingly, take a decision and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
