ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 474 IPC, in Crime No.6 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. On earlier occasion i.e., on 21.12.2021, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions, one of he condition that the petitioner was directed to cancel the said sale deed executed in his favour in the presence of the original owner of the property by giving him prior intimation on or before 18.01.2022. Now, the petitioner has not complied with the above said condition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Taking into consideration, the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court on 21.12.2021, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the earlier interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court is vacated. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
