ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Spl.S.C.No.82 of 2021 for the alleged offences under Section 6 r/w 5 (1)(g) and 15 of POCSO Act and 67(B) of I.T.Act and 366(A), 376, 376 (D)(A) of IPC on the file of Principal Special Court, POCSO Judge, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that initially anticipatory bail was granted by the Court below and thereafter, for non-appearance of the petitioner, the Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued.

3.Considering that fact that the petitioner has not appeared before the concerned Court and also taking into account that the offence charged against the petitioner is very grave in nature, there is a possibility that if he is released on bail, he may tamper with the evidence. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
