This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the Crime No.961 of 2021 dated 03.12.2021 on the file of the first respondent police filed under Sections 147, 448 and 427 of IPC and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.319 of 2023.
