This petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5154 of 2024 vide order dated 25.03.2024 (wrongly mentioned as 25.03.2023 in the affidavit), viz.,the petitioner shall report before the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, till the completion of trial. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side and taking into consideration of the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the aforesaid condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
