Seeking extension of leave for further period of 30 days, the present petition has been filed.

2.The reason assigned for seeking extension of leave is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. It appears that the mother of the convict is seriously ill.

3.In such view of the matter, we are inclined to grant 10 more days leave on the same terms, which would start from the date of expiry of the earlier period granted by this Court on 09.08.2019 i.e. from 13.09.2019 to 23.09.2019. The convict shall return back to the prison on 23.09.2019 at 5.00 p.m.

Post the matter 'for reporting compliance' on 24.09.2019.
