This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the above appeal suit against the Judgment and Decree made in L.A.O.P.No.246 of 2020 dated 02.07.2021 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.17497 of 2022 is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number the first appeal and post the matter along with first appeals in A.S.SR.Nos.62070, 62073 to 62082 and 62091 of 2022.
