This application has been taken out for impleading the respondents 5 to 9 herein, who are the purchasers of portions of the suit property after the agreement but prior to the suit. Hence, they are necessary parties to the suit, which is one for specific performance.

Mr. S.Rajendrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the proposed parties as well as Mr. A.Abdul Rahman, learned counsel appearing for the defendants 2 and 3 have no objection for the respondents 5 to 9 being impleaded as party defendants to the suit. Considering the same, this application is allowed the proposed parties namely, respondents 5 to 9 are impleaded as defendants 5 to 9 in the suit.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff to carry out the amendment by 09.09.2019 . The newly added parties shall file written statement within the time stipulated under the rules.
