PRAYER: To grant an extension of two months' time to comply with the condition imposed in the order dated 04.07.2025 in the above Criminal Revision Petition, regarding the deposit of Rs.1,48,000/- (after deducting any amount already deposited) to the credit of STC No.4961 of 2021 on the file of the Fast Track Court-II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai. ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner, as per the order of this Court dated 04.07.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.12867 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.963 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a home-maker and solely dependent on her husband's income for their day-to-day needs and due to current financial constrains, she was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays for extension of time to comply with the conditional amount imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant further time to the petitioner till 25.08.2025 to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 04.07.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.12867 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.963 of 2025. Failing which, the respondent is at liberty to take appropriate steps to secure the petitioner to comply with the order passed by the Trial Court, as confirmed by the Appellate Court.
