2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10951 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
