ORDER

The revision petitioners are defendants in O.S.No. 254 of 2011 before the District Munsif Court, Hosur.

2. The revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of said suit.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the revision, notice to respondent is dispensed with.

4. The plaintiff has filed a suit for declaration and injunction. It presumes that the case is at the part heard stage and the defendants are about to get into the witness box after amendment carried out in the plaint.

5. In view of the fact that suit is pending from the year 2011, this Court is inclined to allow the revision petition with direction to learned District Munsif, Hosur to dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
