[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] We find that a satisfactory explanation has been offered by the proposed appellant. Admittedly, the husband of the proposed appellant was the workman was not a party to the Writ Petition and the Union which has espoused his cause also did not appear through counsel before the learned Single Judge.

2. Hence the petition is ordered, the delay of 2287 days in filing the Appeal is condoned.
