ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the first respondent in GO.Ms.No.7 dated 03.01.2007 Housing and Urban Development Department, and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and non est in law.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 & 4 submitted that the petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the GO.Ms.No.7 dated 03.01.2007. However, the subject land comprised in S.No.58/3A to an extent of 0.09.5 hectares in Parvatharajapuram Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District is not coming under any land acquisition proceedings.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No order as to costs.
