2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.652 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28217 of 2024, dated 22.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
