This petition has been filed to modify the one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner, viz., the petitioner shall report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madukkarai, Coimbatore daily at 10.30. a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19091 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pursuant to the above said order, the petitioner was released on bail on 27.08.2024 and thereafter he is signing before the District District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madukkarai, Coimbatore. It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that in an another case in Crime No.513 of 2016, the petitioner was released on bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, vide order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1341 of 2024, dated 19.07.2024, in which, the petitioner was directed to report daily before the Inspector of Police, Avinashi Police Station, Tiruppur at 10.00 a.m. and he is signing the before the said police station.

According to the petitioner, in the present case on hand, investigation has been completed and he complied the said condition for 18 days. Further, his native place is at Kerala, which is 185 kms distance from the Trial Court at Madukkarai, Coimbatore hence he prayed to modify the said order.

The petitioner was released on bail on 27.08.2024. Thereafter, he was complying the said condition only for 18 days. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the nature of the offence, this court is not inclined to modify the said condition. Accordingly, this petition dismissed.
