This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.16801 of 2024 vide order dated 16.07.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

Heard both sides.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the aforesaid condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
