This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12971 of 2024 vide order dated 06.06.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

Heard both sides.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
