This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.21971 of 2022 on 12.09.2022 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the charge sheet is also ready and it is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
