This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the review application against the order dated 10.01.2025 against the order dated 09.01.2025.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been contended that the delay in filing was for reasons, which were beyond the control of the review applicant. Specific reasons had not been given.

3. However, the learned counsel for the respondent is present and stated that he would argue the review application on merits.

4. In view of that particular stand taken by the respondent, I would condone the delay. The petition stands allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the review application and list the same on 12.09.2025.
