No. 7368/A4/2016 dated 08.02.2017 (served on the Petitioner on 31.03.2017) and the subsequent relieving order issued by the Fourth Respondent in No. Nil dated 31.03.2017 and to quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to continue as BT Assistant (Tamil) in Fourth Respondent School.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 7368/A4/2016 dated 08.02.2017 issued by the Second Respondent and the subsequent order dated 31.03.2017 passed by the Fourth Respondent relieving the Petitioner from service and to consequently direct the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to continue as BT Assistant (Tamil) in the school of the Fourth Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not remain for consideration, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
