No.11 of 2008, quash he same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to pay the minimum wages due of Rs.6,29,078.54/- to the petitioner members as per the Minimum Wage Notification.

Prayer in W.P.No.20911 of 2017: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent dated 07.07.2015 in MW.Case. No.24 of 2008, quash he same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to pay the minimum wages due of Rs.12,60,281.43/- to the petitioner members as per the Minimum Wage Notification.

ORDER

When the matters were taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of these Writ petitions, the matter got settled in between the parties and thereby sought permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.
