J U D G M E N T

The Appeal has been filed to set aside the Order passed in Special Sessions Case No.3/2014 dated 28th November 2014 passed by the Special Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur.

2.Learned counsel for the Appellant would contend that the trial Court has laid conviction of sentence of 10 years (3 counts) on the Appellant and the sentences are ordered to be run concurrently. Now the Appellant viz., Biju Joseph has already served the sentence and came out of Prison. Hence, the learned counsel for the Appellant submitted that nothing survives in the Appeal.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the Appellant, the Criminal Appeal is closed.
