In view of the subsequent development i.e., final order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for amendment of the prayer in the main writ petition challenging the same.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

Accordingly, this W.M.P.No.26358 of 2022 is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the main writ petition for counter and disposal on 12.12.2022.
