ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to send the service register of K.V.Ramasamy, Pharmacist who worked in second respondent hospital in pursuance of the fourth respondent letter in Na.Ka.No.42/Admin/2020 dated 22.01.2021 for comparison with the service register of the petitioner.
2. Heard Mr.S.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ameedius, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. The petitioner who worked as Chief Pharmacist in the fourth respondent Hospital and retired from service on 30.04.2006 has claimed that his junior is drawing more pension than him. In this regard, he has also given a representation to the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent requested the second respondent to send the service register of the junior of the petitioner viz., K.V.Ramasamy in order to compare the details. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far the fourth respondent did not comply the request of the second respondent and that caused delay in getting his salary re-fixed on par with his junior. 4. However, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the service records of the petitioner's immediate junior K.V.Ramasamy has already been sent to the second respondent and now it is pending before the first respondent.
5. The petitioner's limited grievance is to submit the service register of K.V.Ramasamy. Since the matter is pending for a long time without any disposal, the first respondent should be directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed and the first respondent is directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
