ORDER

This petition is filed challenging an order passed by the learned Principal Special Judge for C.B.I. Cases, VIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.4345 of 2023, which the petitioner had filed seeking return of his original IOB Fixed Deposit Receipt No.0268142 dated 27.01.2022 in Re-investment scheme for Rs.3,00,000/- in FD A/c. No.099604000003192 in favour of A.Regunathan (02 sheets) to the petitioner. The trial Court dismissed the petition on the ground that at the relevant time investigation was underway. Hence this Revision. 2.The prosecution filed its counter. Mr. K.Srinivasan, the learned Special Public Prosecutor (C.B.I) submitted that final report has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.

9 of 2024 by the VIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and that the prosecution does not rely on this document. The said statement is recorded. 3.In view of the same, this Court allows this Revision Case. This Court also directs return of the said original IOB Fixed Deposit Receipt No.0268142 dated 27.01.2022 in Re-investment scheme for Rs.
