Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, order or direction in the nature of writ to forbear the respondents from in anyway interfering with the petitioner's right to continue quarry operations and transport granite from leasehold patta lands measuring 0-24-5 Hectares, comprised in S.No.417/1, situated in Keelaiyur Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District till the disposal of the petitioner's renewal application dated 12.07.2004.
