ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted, on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2016, enquiry was conducted by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police and the same was closed on 30.05.2016, on the ground that the entire occurrence has taken place in Andhra Pradesh and that the petitioner has been advised to file a fresh complaint before the Andhra Pradesh Police. A copy of the closure report was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
