ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This public interest litigation has been filed by the petitioner Association seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.08.2019 made to the first respondent for the purpose of constitution of Sub Court in the rented premises where the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur is functioning.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 to 4.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the proposal has been forwarded to the second respondent. Therefore, it is for the said respondent to take a call. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the needful would be done within a reasonable time.

4.Considering the above, we call upon respondents 2 and 3 as the case may be to consider the proposal in Roc.No.2680/A/2015/G/Judn dated 02.12.2019 sent by the first respondent followed by the reminder dated 02.03.2020 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
