Arb.Appln.Nos.308 to 342 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the matters have been settled out of Court and an endorsement was also made with regard to the same.

2. In view of the withdrawal of these applications by the applicant, the prohibitory order already issued by this Court will be ceased to operate.

3. The learned counsel, referring to the judgment rendered by this Court in Arb.Appln.Nos.1 of 2022, has submitted that he is entitled for the entire Court fee. Therefore, the Registry is directed to refund the eligible Court fee to the applicant.

Accordingly, all these applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
