It is seen from the records that the death of sole respondent was recorded by this Court in its order dated 05.12.2022. Till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he has sent a registered letter to the appellant and inspite of the same, nobody has come to file an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent. In such circumstances, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
