Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records pertaining the order passed by the 2nd respondent in letter Ka.En.014965/167 Nee.Pee.2/U.2/Ko. Tani/10.2 dated 20.12.2010, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide the petitioner compassionate appointment based on and in commensurate with his educational qualification and also in commensurate with the community reservation and economic conditions based the order in TANGEDCO proceeding No.9, Administrative Branch, dated 09.10.2015 without reference to 3 years period and completion of 18 years of age within 3 years.
