JUDGMENT

There is no representation for the appellant for four consecutive times. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that the appellant has already served the term of sentence imposed on him by the trial court. Except proving his honour, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal. Hence this appeal having become infructuous. If however, the appellant is keen to challenge the judgement of the trial court, he is at liberty to do.
