This petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11806 of 2024 vide order dated 17.05.2024, viz.,the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police, daily at 10:00 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have not complied with the aforesaid conditions.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and since the petitioners have not complied with the aforesaid conditions, this Court is not inclined to relax the aforesaid conditions imposed on the petitioners.

Accordingly, Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
