ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in the Crime No.372 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.372 of 2019 on 13.05.2019, no final report has been filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the FIR has been closed as "mistake of fact" on 31.05.2019; further, RCS notice also served to the petitioner.

5.
