Decree: This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for orders on this day, and upon perusing the grounds of appeal and the order on 29/03/2021 and made herein and letter received from Principal District Judge, Erode, Letter No.A.No.376/2021 D.No.7350 dated 28/09/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.Zeenath Begum, Advocate for the Appellant and Mr.V.Anandha Moorthy, Advocate for the Respondent, and this Court made the following order: Today this matter is listed under the caption "for extension of time".

This Court by order dated 29.03.2021 directed the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.23 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam has addressed a letter dated 22.09.2021 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

3. This Court has perused the letter dated 22.09.2021 sent by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam and is satisfied with the reasons for not disposing of the said petition within the time stipulated by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of nine months for the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.23 of 2015 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
