Earlier, this court by an order dated 19.01.2023 in the above Criminal Original Petitions granted interim anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.267 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks and adjourned the matter for reporting compliance.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing under the caption "For reporting compliance", there is no representation on the side of petitioner.

3. Mr.V.S.Ravi, learned counsel for Intervenor appeared and submitted that as per the order of this court, the petitioners have not complied the condition imposed by this court. Hence, he prayed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners. 1/3

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that today when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of petitioners and considering the submissions of learned counsel for intervenor that so far, the petitioners have not complied the condition to deposit the aforesaid amount as imposed by this court on 19.01.2023, this Court is inclined to cancel anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by this court vide order dated 19.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 25005 & 24558 of 2022 is cancelled.
