The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue patta to the property of the petitioner comprised in Survey No.99/10 measuring an extent of 2400 square feet situated in Thiruvanmaiyur Village, Chennai forthwith without insisting No Objection Certificate from the respondents 1 and 2 in the light of the (i) order dated 31.07.2020 passed in W.P.No.8633 to 8636 of 2020 (ii) order dated 31.03.2021 passed in W.P.Nos.12200, 12213, 12220, 12225, 12230, 12233 and 19933 of 2020 and (iii) order dated 03.03.2021 passed in W.P.No.16599 of 2020.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that during the pendancy of this writ petition, patta was issued in favour of the petitioner. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.
