2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the Companies are wound up and there is no instructions from the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the second respondent to work out his remedy in the manner know to law. No costs.
