This petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 21.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14342 of 2024, to report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday at 06:00 p.m. for a period of eight weeks.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that only the first accused has not complied with the aforesaid conditions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition imposed as against the petitioners (A2 to A9) to the effect that they shall report before the respondent Police as and when required. As far as the first accused is concerned, this petition stands dismissed.
