ORDER

Mr.S.Udaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the Civil Revision Petition, the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and they are on the verge of recording the compromise and in fact, sale deed has also been executed between the parties and therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as nothing survives for consideration. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
