These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to accept the cause title.

2.I have gone through the averments made in the affidavits, where, it is submitted that, in the Original Suit before the trial Court, the 7th plaintiff died leaving behind him, the plaintiffs 5, 8 and the petitioners 9 to 12, on 17.10.2011. Inadvertently, they were not brought on record in I.A.Nos.154 and 155 of 2019. Since some of the other legal heirs are on record, it has not been abated. Therefore, the petitioners pray permission for this Court to accept the cause title given in the main CRPs.
