Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to renew the license issued to the petitioner vide Na.Ka.No3600/2021/A3 dated 14.06.2022 for fishing and fish cultivation in the " New Lake" situated in Irukalur Panchayat, Sankari Taluk, Salem District on payment of the amount fixed and paid by the petitioner on 30.06.2023 by considering the petitioner representation dated 26.08.2023 and pass orders. ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous. Hence, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
