Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus calling for the records culminating in the proceedings of the 4th Respondent Rc.No.803/A1/2020 dated 05.01.2021 quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 4th 1/4

respondent to refund the amount of so far recovered and to refix the pay of the petitioner in the Selection Grade of Primary School Head Master as on 02.06.2008 with all consequential and attendant benefits and pass orders.
